Spicy ramen with roast pork and scallions

Leftover broth from the braised chicken was used to create a soup for this ramen, which includes homemade noodles and roast pork loin. The distinctive red hue comes from the addition of lots of chili bean paste. My roommate pointed out as it was on the stove that it looked like a cauldron of simmering blood. Nothing sanguine here, although animals were definitely sacrificed to create this meal. Still not as many though as what it takes to create the infamous Momofuku ramen.
